Dr. Kassandra Villafranca is a Laredo, Texas native. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M International University. She attended St. George’s University in Grenada for veterinary school and completed her clinical training at Louisiana State University. After vet school, she started her career at a Tropicana Animal Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her professional interests lie primarily in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery and emergency/urgent care but enjoys all aspects of veterinary
medicine.
Dr. Villafranca is bilingual in Spanish and English. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her two beloved cats (Marty and Espy) and two German Shorthaired Pointers (Sky and Marshall), hiking, going on runs, and baking. She is always looking forward to helping people and their pets lead happier, healthier lives.
