The Vet, Dr Jane is wonderful. Though it was a sad experience she was great and very consoling. I recommend her. She is very competent and takes action right away. So we’re her assistants. Thank you Critter Care.
I wish I would of chosen Critter Care sooner! I finally had answers for my dog. Her health has been declining since August 2023! I had visited another vet clinic, test after test they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my dog. But after visiting Dr. Reyes and staff… they were kind and compassionate and knowledgeable…. They were able to get me answers after just one blood test and studying past exams from prior vet.
On other ocassions, I was alone when I took my dog to Critter Care. Due to my minor boys’ school Christmas Break, I had my two sons with me, and children are not allowed in to Critter Care. I called in advance, explained, and Critter Care kindly did a Curbside Appointment. All of the staff was professional, efficient, and kind. My American Hairless Terrier was happy as can be to socialize with the Critter Care Staff. Highly recommend.

I decided to bring my pets here when I was given poor, inadequate service from another veterinary clinic sometime in 2019 and it was the best decision I could’ve made. Not only are the staff always pleasant and willing to help, the doctors here are supportive, caring and nurturing. I love my fur babies very much and that includes giving them the best care.
